Since had to go for medical attention, this was a very good experience. Swift, polite attention upon arrival, courteous technicians, and an attentive, thorough, and kind doctor. They found my problem and set me on course to healing.

I find this office to be quick and efficient with little waiting time. I have had both a knee and a shoulder surgery within the last year and have had no problems, even with working around Covid scheduling for the surgeries.

Friendly staff which is a huge bonus these days! Dr. Kruse is very smart, I can just tell. He was thorough and quick with pinpointing my issues, which I appreciated. No beating around the bush and I like that! I appreciated that the X-rays and ultrasound were done on the spot. I didn’t have to go “down the hall or make another appointment”. I felt like they utilized and respected my time. After he made his temporary diagnosis of my problem and explained all the ins and outs, he proceeded with dictation, which I felt was SUPER thorough. Did it while it was fresh in his mind!! Great experience and I’m thankful since we will be spending lots of time together!

Dr. Kruse is an excellent doctor. Did a shoulder replacement 2 years ago with terrific results. Shoulder is stronger than ever. He is very knowledgeable with a great bedside manor.

Hayley was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough in her examination in my post operation visit. She explained the process of virtual physical therapy and also expectations for my recovery.

We were able to make an appointment quickly. We didn’t have to wait long and were out fairly quickly. Dr. Kruse was good at communicating the issue and next steps.

Meeting with Dr. Kruse was a little like speed-dating – quick and to the point. But never at the expense of evaluating my injury, explaining it to me or explaining the treatment plan. All in all, a very good experience.

Great experience. Only one problem anesthesiologist is not in network! However, staff is great and Dr. Kruse takes the time to help the patient understand what needs to be done and how it can be accomplished.
